For online shops, i will try to price match if the item is exactly the same, but you have to ask first as you know, there are a whole lot of suppliers out there with their own unique pricing for each item..
Late Deliveries - I noticed quite a number of times, my customers did not receive their items within the next few working days but instead, they received it the day after or few days after. I guess its due to the inefficiency of our very own Singpost. So if any of you guys didn't get your items on the next working day, try to give it a few days or a week of wait because so far, the delivery rate for my customers by Singpost has been 100%.
Assurance - 100% of the time, i also took pictures of your package with your address and local stamp on it, so you can request for me to send you the picture to check whether i've written your address correctly.
